CHINA RES BEER<00291> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Thursday, 11/04/2024, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (HKD counter: 291 and RMB counter: 80291) of China
Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited ("China Resources Beer") will be
changed from 2,000 shares to 500 shares, new share certificate will have
the same format and colour as the existing share certificate.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary shares of China
Resources Beer will commence on Thursday, 11/04/2024 under the following
particulars:
