SOLARTECH INT'L<01166> - Share Consolidation

According to the share consolidation timetable issued by Solartech
International Holdings Limited ("Solartech International"), the share
consolidation of 20 shares of HKD0.01 each ("Old Shares") in
Solartech International into 1 consolidated share of HKD 0.20 each
("New Shares") will become effective on 15/04/2024.  As from Monday,
15/04/2024, a temporary counter under the following particulars will
be established for trading in the New Shares to replace the original
counter (stock code: 1166) for trading in the Old Shares:-
