This section contains general guidance and reference materials on the Listing Rules, to enhance understanding of the Exchange’s general practices and procedures, the criteria that the Exchange will consider in its application of the Rules, and the Exchange’s expectations.  They also seek to help issuers and their directors meet their obligations.
