Settlement Agent and Access to CCASS from a Foreign Jurisdiction

Effective from 8 November 2004, HKSCC may, on a Participant's application, approve the appointment of a Settlement Agent by a Participant to use on behalf of the Participant the services of CCASS Provided by HKSCC.  For more details please see the attached FAQ.
