Investor Participants can access their accounts in person to our Customer Service Centre, by using the CCASS Phone System, or via the Internet.
In person:
After completing the necessary instruction forms, Investor Participants can present the forms to HKSCC at the Customer Service Centre, which is located at 2nd Floor, Vicwood Plaza, 199 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.
CCASS Phone System:
Alternatively, using a touch-tone, Investor Participants can make enquiries, affirm or input Investor Settlement Instructions (ISIs), issue instructions on corporate activities, and change their passwords in the CCASS Phone System. Operator assistance is provided upon request.
CCASS Internet System:
Investor Participants can affirm or input ISIs, issue instructions to CCASS and perform account enquiry functions by logon the website of CCASS Internet System using an Internet User ID or an e-cert issued by the HongKong Post.
