Listed companies are required to pay an annual listing fee which shall be calculated by reference to the nominal value of the securities which are or are to be listed on the Exchange. This fee is payable in advance in one instalment.

Where an issuer has shares which have a nominal value of less than HK$0.25, then for the purpose of calculating the annual listing fee, the nominal value of each share shall be deemed to be HK$0.25.
Notes:
- For secondary listings on the Main Board, the annual fee is normally 25% of the fees listed above.
- For HDR issuers, the "nominal value of listed equity securities" refers to the nominal value of the shares represented by the DRs.
