• Pay the full amount of the initial listing fee

  • advanced drafts of the prospectus (the accounts of the third financial year must be in at least the draft form)

  • audited accounts of the first 2 years of the track record period

  • written submission on any proposed connected transaction of the issuer after listing

  • drafts of the deposit agreement (for HDR listing only)

  • legal opinion concerning the deposit agreement (for HDR listing only)

Documentary requirements under Main Board Listing Rule 9.11 include:

• Advanced drafts of group accounts for the rest of the track record period and any statement of adjustments

• Draft memorandum and articles of association or equivalent document

• Draft contracts between the issuer and every director/ officer/supervisor, and between the issuer and its sponsor (for H shares only)

Documentary requirements under Main Board Listing Rule 9.11 include:

• A draft of the profit forecast memorandum

• A formal declaration and undertaking relating to any other business activities and undertaking by directors/supervisors (Forms B/H/I in Appendix 5 to the Main Board Listing Rules)

Documentary requirements under Main Board Listing Rule 9.11 include:

• Contracts required by the Companies Ordinance

• Draft formal notice of listing

• Draft securities application form

• Draft document of title or certificate of the securities

• Copies of draft legal opinion concerning the due incorporation and legal person status of the issuer under PRC law (for H shares only).

Documentary requirements under Main Board Listing Rule 9.12 (and, where applicable, Main Board Listing Rule 9.13)

As soon as practicable after the hearing of the application by the Listing Committee, but on or before the date of issue of the listing document, submission of the documents under Main Board Listing Rule 9.14.

• By no later than 11 a.m. on the intended day of authorisation of the prospectus, lodgement of documents with the Exchange pursuant to Main Board Listing Rule 9.15

• After the issue of the prospectus but before dealings commence, lodgement of documents to the Exchange pursuant to Main Board Listing Rules 9.15 and 9.16
