Whether the Exchange would accept (1) Australia as an approved jurisdiction under Chapter 19 of the Listing Rules for the purposes of primary and secondary listings on the Main Board of the Exchange; and (2) the ASX as an exchange where the standards of shareholder protection are at least equivalent to those provided in Hong Kong [LD57-1] [October 2006]
