To assist Exchange Participants and the public who intend to purchase or sell Futures Exchange Trading Rights to locate a seller or buyer, the Exchange offers a notification service of purchase / sale of Futures Exchange Trading Rights. Information of interested parties / Exchange Participants intending to purchase or sell Futures Exchange Trading Rights will be published on this web-site. EP may approach the interested parties / Exchange Participants direct for negotiation.
  
Exchange Participants or persons who intend to make use of the service may write to Participant Services, Cash Market of the Exchange giving the name and telephone number of the contact person or complete and return to the Exchange Form No. 15 which is available at the reception desk of the Exchange at 11/F, One International Finance Centre, 1 Harbour View Street, Central, Hong Kong.
 
Please note that the Exchange will not participate in or be liable for the negotiations, and will not entertain any complaints.
  
Trading rights are also directly issued by HKEx to applicants and relinquished through a tender process. For details, please refer to the HKEx website under the Issuance of New Trading Right section.
