Market Transparency Requirements for Information Vendor in respect of Available Services to End Users

1.      Vendors are required to indicate clearly in their product/service brochures if their information services are real-time or delayed.

2.      Where applicable, vendors are required to set out the minimum line bandwidth requirements, technical requirements and/or the preferred models of end-user devices for their information services and make such information available to their customers.

(With effect from end September 2008, HKEx will publish on its website all the approved real-time services of MDF, PRS, Stock Options Data and IIS information vendors and their key attributes for public reference.)
