The Listed Issuer Regulation Department of the Listing Division is responsible for monitoring listed companies’ compliance with the continuing obligations set out in the Listing Rules including continuous disclosures by listed companies and their corporate governance practices. The Department also processes listed companies’ applications for listing of further equity issues, and handles Listing Rules enquiries from listed companies. All Listing e-Forms must be submitted through the e-Submission System. In addition, the original signed e-Forms for declaration and undertaking with regard to directors and supervisors should also be submitted to the address below.
