Amendments to the GEM Listing Rules
We enclose reprinted pages of the GEM Listing Rules and filing instructions on amendments to unwind the authority delegated to the Listing Department by the Listing Committee to approve GEM listing applications, as indicated in the “Consultation Conclusion on the Review of Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) and Changes to the GEM and Main Board Listing Rules” published on 15 December 2017.
We have amended the GEM Listing Rules such that the power to approve GEM listing applications would be returned to the GEM Listing Committee
Coming into effect
The amendments will come into effect on 1 January 2020.
