ASIA STRAT TECH<01027> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Asia Strategy Digit Technology Holdings Limited
("Asia Strategy Digit Technology") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 11/09/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in board lot of 10,000 shares (stock code: 2910) of
Asia Strategy Digit Technology will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Asia Strategy Digit Technology will only be under the following
