I-CABLE COMM<01097> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
i-CABLE Communications Limited has been changed to "CTF Media &
Entertainment Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its
ordinary shares (stock code: 1097) will also be changed to "CTFME"
with effect from Friday, 28/08/2026.
