E&P GLOBAL<01142> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 18/08/2025, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 1142) of E&P Global Holdings Limited
("E&P Global") will be changed from 8,000 shares to 2,000 shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of E&P Global will commence on Monday, 18/08/2025
under the following particulars:
