E&P GLOBAL<01142> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of E&P Global Holdings Limited ("E&P Global") will
cease after the close of business on Friday, 05/09/2025.  As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
8,000 shares (stock code: 2927) of E&P Global will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of E&P Global will only be under the following
arrangements: -
