Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited has been changed to "Hua Hong Grace
Semiconductor Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 1347) will also be changed to "HUA HONG GRACE"
with effect from Monday, 08/06/2026.
