GBA AI COMP<01396> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 09/09/2026, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 1396) of Greater Bay Area AI Computing
Tech Co., Ltd. ("Greater Bay Area AI") will be changed from 2,000 shares
to 500 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour
as the existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Greater Bay Area AI will commence on Wednesday,
09/09/2026 under the following particulars:
