Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the ordinary shares of Greater Bay Area AI Computing Tech Co., Ltd.
("Greater Bay Area AI") will cease after the close of business on
Tuesday, 29/09/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in board lot of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2919)
of Greater Bay Area AI will be withdrawn and trading in the shares
of Greater Bay Area AI will only be under the following arrangements: -
