STAR SHINE HLDG<01440> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 23/04/2025, the board lots for trading in
the ordinary shares (stock code: 1440) of Star Shine Holdings Group
Limited ("Star Shine Holdings") will be changed from 5,000 shares to
2,500 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of Star Shine Holdings will commence
on Wednesday, 23/04/2025 under the following particulars:
