BAIJIN LIFE SCI<01466> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading
in the ordinary shares of Baijin Life Science Holdings Limited
("Baijin Life Science") will cease after the close of business
on Tuesday, 30/12/2025.  As from the close of business on that
day, the counter for trading in board lot of 32,000 shares
(stock code: 2989) of Baijin Life Science will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Baijin Life Science will only be under
the following arrangements: -
