Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Genscript Biotech Corporation ("Genscript Biotech")
will cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 04/11/2026.  As
from the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board
lot of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2945) of Genscript Biotech will be
withdrawn and trading in the shares of Genscript Biotech will only be
