CA CULTURAL<01566> - Share Consolidation

According to the capital reorganisation timetable issued by CA Cultural
Technology Group Limited ("CA Cultural Technology"), the capital
reorganisation which comprises the share consolidation of 10 shares of
HKD0.10 each ("Old Shares") into 1 consolidated share of HKD1.00 each and
the capital reduction of par value of the consolidated shares from HKD1.00
each in CA Cultural Technology to HKD0.01 each ("New Shares") will become
effective on 07/08/2026.  With effect from Friday, 07/08/2026, the board
lots for trading in the ordinary shares (stock code: 1566) of CA Cultural
Technology will be changed from 1,000 shares to 100 New shares.
