TSUGAMI CHINA<01651> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 21/07/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 1651) of Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation
Limited ("Precision Tsugami") will be changed from 1,000 shares to 500
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate. Accordingly, the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Precision Tsugami will commence on Tuesday, 21/07/2026
under the following particulars:
