TSUGAMI CHINA<01651> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited
("Precision Tsugami") will cease after the close of business on Monday,
10/08/2026. As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in board lot of 1,000 shares (stock code: 2997) of Precision
Tsugami will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Precision Tsugami
will only be under the following arrangements: -
