GAODI HOLDINGS<01676> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Gaodi Holdings Limited ("Gaodi Holdings") will
cease after the close of business on Monday, 20/07/2026. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
4,000 shares (stock code: 2973) of Gaodi Holdings will be withdrawn and
trading in the shares of Gaodi Holdings will only be under the following
arrangements: -
