TSINGTAO BREW<00168> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Wednesday, 16/09/2026, the board lots for trading
in the H shares (stock code: 168) of Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited
("Tsingtao Brewery") will be changed from 2,000 H shares to 500 H shares,
new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the existing
share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H shares of
Tsingtao Brewery will commence on Wednesday, 16/09/2026 under the following
particulars:
