TSINGTAO BREW<00168> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited ("Tsingtao Brewery") will
cease after the close of business on Wednesday, 07/10/2026. As from the
close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot of
2,000 H shares (stock code: 2929) of Tsingtao Brewery will be withdrawn
and trading in the H shares of Tsingtao Brewery will only be under the
following arrangements: -
