WELIFE TECH<01703> - Change of Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Welife Technology Limited has been changed to "Easyhold Group
Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary
shares (stock code: 1703) will also be changed to "EASYHOLD GROUP"
with effect from Friday, 10/04/2026.
