DRAGON MINING<01712> - Reorganisation Proposal by way of a Scheme of Arrangement

According to the expected timetable for the reorganisation proposal by
way of a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") issued by Dragon Mining
Limited ("Dragon Mining") (stock code: 1712), the Scheme will become
effective on Thursday, 13/08/2026, last day of dealings in the shares of
Dragon Mining will be on Thursday, 13/08/2026 and listing of which will
be withdrawn at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 02/09/2026.

Market participants are requested to note that dealings in the shares of
Dragon Gold Mining Limited will commence at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
