AI ENERGY ENG<01751> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 07/09/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 1751) of AI Energy Engineering Holdings
Limited ("AI Energy Engineering") will be changed from 10,000 shares
to 2,000 shares, new share certificate will have the same format and
colour as the existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of AI Energy Engineering will commence
on Monday, 07/09/2026 under the following particulars:
