AI ENERGY ENG<01751> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited ("AI Energy
Engineering") will cease after the close of business on Friday,
25/09/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter for
trading in board lot of 10,000 shares (stock code: 2918) of AI Energy
Engineering will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of AI Energy
Engineering will only be under the following arrangements: -
