Market participants are requested to note the parallel
trading in the ordinary shares of Global Chinese Business
Club ("Global Chinese Business") will cease after the close
of business on Friday, 17/04/2026.  As from the close of
business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 10,000 shares (stock code: 2935) of Global Chinese Business
will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of Global Chinese
Business will only be under the following arrangements: -
