Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
Tokyo Chuo Auction Holdings Limited has been changed to "Shangshan
Gold International Holdings Limited". Accordingly, the stock short
name of its ordinary shares (stock code: 1939) will also be changed
to "SHANGSHAN GOLD" with effect from Tuesday, 26/08/2025.
