WENGE AI<01956> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the H shares of Beijing Zhongke WengeAI Science and Technology Co.,
Ltd. ("Beijing Zhongke WengeAI") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 23/10/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in board lot of 200 H shares (stock code: 2935)
of Beijing Zhongke WengeAI will be withdrawn and trading in the H shares
of Beijing Zhongke WengeAI will only be under the following arrangements:
