Market participants are requested to note that the company name of
ITC Properties Group Limited has been changed to "ITC Neocloud Group
Limited". Accordingly, the stock short name of its ordinary shares
(stock code: 199) will also be changed to "ITC NEOCLOUD" with effect
from Friday, 25/09/2026.
