XTALPI-P<02228> - Removal of Stock Marker and Change of Stock Short Name

Market participants are requested to note that XtalPi Holdings Limited
(the "Company") (stock code: 2228) would no longer be regarded as a
Pre-Commercial Company, the "P" marker will no longer be affixed to the
Company's stock name and stock short name. Accordingly, the Company's
stock short name will also be changed to "XTALPI" with effect from
Wednesday, 09/04/2025.
