CONANT OPTICAL<02276> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Shanghai Conant Optical Co., Ltd. ("Conant Optical") will
cease after the close of business on Thursday, 18/09/2025.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 500 H shares (stock code: 2938) of Conant Optical will be withdrawn
and trading in the H shares of Conant Optical will only be under the
following arrangements: -
