B&K CORP-B<02396> - Change of Chinese Company Name

Market participants are requested to note that the Chinese company
name of B&K Corporation Limited has been changed. Accordingly, the
Chinese stock short name of its H shares (stock code: 2396) will
also be changed with effect from Wednesday, 22/07/2026 while its
English stock short name remain unchanged.
