Market participants are requested to note that the company name
of Howkingtech International Holding Limited has been changed
to "MemeStrategy, Inc.". Accordingly, the stock short name of its
ordinary shares (stock code: 2440) will also be changed to
"MEMESTRATEGY" with effect from Thursday, 12/06/2025.
