EASY SMART GP<02442> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 06/10/2026, the board lots for trading in the
ordinary shares (stock code: 2442) of Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited
("Easy Smart Group") will be changed from 2,000 shares to 100 shares, new
share certificate will have the same format and colour as the existing
share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the ordinary
shares of Easy Smart Group will commence on Tuesday, 06/10/2026 under the
following particulars:
