EASY SMART GP<02442> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited ("Easy Smart Group")
will cease after the close of business on Tuesday, 27/10/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2939) of Easy Smart Group will be withdrawn
and trading in the shares of Easy Smart Group will only be under the
following arrangements: -
