PEGBIO CO-B<02565> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 31/03/2026, the board lots for trading in the
H shares (stock code: 2565) of PegBio Co., Ltd. ("PegBio Co") will be
changed from 500 H shares to 50 H shares, new share certificate will
have the same format and colour as the existing share certificate.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H shares of PegBio Co will
commence on Tuesday, 31/03/2026 under the following particulars:
