PEGBIO CO-B<02565> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of PegBio Co., Ltd. ("PegBio Co") will cease after the close
of business on Thursday, 23/04/2026. As from the close of business on
that day, the counter for trading in board lot of 500 H shares (stock
code: 2938) of PegBio Co will be withdrawn and trading in the H shares
of PegBio Co will only be under the following arrangements: -
