GUOFUHEE<02582> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in
the H shares of Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.
("Guofu Hydrogen Energy") will cease after the close of business
on Friday, 11/07/2025. As from the close of business on that day,
the counter for trading in board lot of 100 H shares (stock code:
2996) of Guofu Hydrogen Energy will be withdrawn and trading in
the H shares of Guofu Hydrogen Energy will only be under the
following arrangements: -
