HK GOLD IND GP<02623> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of Hong Kong Gold Industry Group Limited ("Hong Kong
Gold Industry") will cease after the close of business on Tuesday,
28/07/2026.  As from the close of business on that day, the counter
for trading in board lot of 2,000 shares (stock code: 2985) of Hong
Kong Gold Industry will be withdrawn and trading in the shares of
Hong Kong Gold Industry will only be under the following arrangements: -
