CF PHARMTECH<02652> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Tuesday, 14/07/2026, the board lots for trading in the
H shares (stock code: 2652) of CF PharmTech, Inc. ("CF PharmTech") will
be changed from 500 H shares to 100 H shares, new share certificate will
have the same format and colour as the existing share certificate.
Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H shares of CF PharmTech will
commence on Tuesday, 14/07/2026 under the following particulars:
