ABLE DIGITAL<02687> - Change in Board Lot Size & Parallel Trading

With effect from Monday, 21/09/2026, the board lots for trading in the
H shares (stock code: 2687) of Shanghai Able Digital Science&Tech Co.,
Ltd. ("Shanghai Able Digital") will be changed from 100 H shares to 50 H
shares, new share certificate will have the same format and colour as the
existing share certificate.  Accordingly, the parallel trading in the H
shares of Shanghai Able Digital will commence on Monday, 21/09/2026 under
the following particulars:
