ABLE DIGITAL<02687> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
H shares of Shanghai Able Digital Science&Tech Co., Ltd. ("Able Digital")
will cease after the close of business on Monday, 12/10/2026.  As from
the close of business on that day, the counter for trading in board lot
of 100 H shares (stock code: 2930) of Able Digital will be withdrawn and
trading in the H shares of Able Digital will only be under the following
arrangements: -
