CHINA VERED FIN<00245> - Parallel Trading

Market participants are requested to note the parallel trading in the
ordinary shares of China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited
("China Vered Financial") will cease after the close of business on
Tuesday, 05/08/2025.   As from the close of business on that day, the
counter for trading in the consolidated shares (stock code: 2900) of
China Vered Financial as represented by old share certificates will
be withdrawn and trading in the shares of China Vered Financial will
only be under the following arrangements: -
